Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in a controller role.
• Proven experience in IFRS reporting and tax compliance.
• Mining sector experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all accounting operations including payables, receivables, GL, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Develop and implement policies, controls, and risk management.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting; provide variance analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors and banks; manage external relationships.
