Publicis Groupe in the United States seeks a seasoned Manager for Financial Reporting and Controls to coordinate intercompany activity, supervise month-end close, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will manage audits, drive intercompany reconciliations, and mentor staff to improve processes across US Marketing Services.
The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a accounting/finance degree (CPA preferred), and strong Excel/SAP skills.

This individual will play a key role in the management of the Agency’s Financial Reporting and Controls department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the coordination of monthly intercompany activity, supervising the month end general ledger close as well as monthly financial reporting to Publicis and Print Production management. The Manager provides assurance that the general ledger is in compliance with GAAP and the Publicis Corporate Policies (JANUS). This individual will also play a key role in the annual and interim external financial statement audits. The Manager will also supervise Financial Reporting and Controls staA, which includes the management of development plans and career planning. The Manager works independently and self analyzes their data and reports. The Manager works to identify issues, develops POVs, and oAers ideas to their manager that can drive results to meet and/or exceed targets and to create eAiciencies. This position interacts with and builds relationships with agency staA at all levels.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $97,565.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
