Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to lead financial planning and analysis for multiple manufacturing sites. This role reports to the Director of Finance Business Partnering and partners with Area General Managers.

The candidate will manage strategic plans, budgeting, and weekly forecasts, driving cost reduction initiatives and providing risk assessments. Travel up to 50% is expected as part of site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced Degrees, CMA, CPA a plus
• ,
• Relevant work experience could be considered in lieu of a degree for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager to provide financial leadership for manufacturing sites.
• Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgeting for the area.
• Ensure the weekly forecasting process is complete and accurate with visibility of outturn.
• Monitor financial performance to drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
• Provide business modelling and risk assessments.
