Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to partner with Area General Managers and support the Local Solutions manufacturing sites. You will lead a small team and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to drive strategic financial decisions.

The role requires ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), data mining skills and advanced MS Office, with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple plants. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years manufacturing finance/cost accounting experience.
• Experience with data mining or planning applications.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Managers to provide financial leadership for manufacturing sites.
• Provide operations with strategic tools and reports to drive results.
• Support long-term capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decision making.
• Lead annual strategic plans and budgeting for the area(s).
• Oversee weekly forecasting with visibility of outturn and actions to hit targets.
• Analyze plant performance, variances, and their impact on operations.
• Monitor costs and drive cost reductions and control initiatives.
• Research pricing and market trends affecting performance.
• Provide business modelling and risk assessments.
• Lead, coach and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
• Coordinate with Accounting and FP&A for reporting requirements.
