Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to lead financial partnering for the Local Solutions manufacturing sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CMA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with data mining or planning applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.
• Analytical thinker who synthesizes data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial expertise and operational leadership to drive site strategy.
• Support capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decisions.
• Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgeting.
• Oversee weekly forecasting with visibility into outturn and actions.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team (1-3).
• Partner with accounting and FP&A for reporting.
