Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to lead financial strategy for manufacturing sites. You will work closely with Area General Managers, provide strategic financial planning, and drive capital allocation decisions to optimize site performance.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and leadership capability to coach a small team. Travel between 25% and 50% is expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA a plus
• 5+ years manufacturing finance/cost accounting experience
• Experience with data mining or planning applications
• Experience with complex ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4 Hana preferred
• Advanced MS Office
• Travel 25%–50%
• Prior team leadership preferred
• Ability to balance tactical work with big-picture thinking
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Understanding of KPIs and goal measurement

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership to drive strategic direction for manufacturing sites
• Provide operations management with strategic tools and interpreted reports to drive business results
• Support long-term capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decision making
• Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgeting for the area(s)
• Ensure weekly forecasting is complete and accurate with visibility of likely outturn and actions to hit targets
• Analyze plant operation results, evaluate variances and impact on operations
• Monitor financial performance to identify cost reductions and cost-control initiatives
• Research pricing and competitor trends affecting performance
• Provide business modelling and risk assessments
• Lead, coach, develop and mentor a small team (1-3) of finance professionals
• Delegate finance activities to team members
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A to support internal/external reporting requirements
