Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to lead financial planning for manufacturing sites in the region. You will work with Area General Managers to steer strategic direction and ensure strong financial performance.

You will manage a 1–3 person finance team, deliver annual budgets, and provide operational leaders with robust reports and strategic insights. A background in manufacturing finance, ERP systems, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage) and SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency; travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial leadership for manufacturing sites.
• Provide operations with strategic tools and reports to drive results.
• Support long-term capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decision making.
• Prepare and manage the annual strategic plans and budgeting process for the area(s).
• Ensure the weekly forecasting process is complete and accurate with visibility of outturn and actions to hit targets.
• Analyze plant operation results, evaluate variances and effects on operations.
• Monitor financial performance to drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
• Research pricing, competitors' trends and factors affecting performance.
• Provide business modelling and risk assessments.
• Lead, coach, develop and mentor a small team (1-3) of finance professionals.
