Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager (Construction) to lead financial strategy for regional manufacturing sites in Wisconsin. You will partner with the Area General Managers, drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, and influence capital decisions across multiple plants.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, ERP expertise (Oracle/SAP), and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with data mining or planning applications.
• Experience with complex ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage).
• Advanced MS Office; travel 25%–50%.
• Team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager to provide financial expertise and operational leadership.
• Develop and manage strategic plans and budgeting for the area.
• Oversee weekly forecasting and variance analysis to hit targets.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and business modelling.
• Coordinate reporting with Accounting and FP&A.
