Job summary

Jerry.ai is expanding and seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and forecast cycle. You’ll partner with functional leaders and work closely with the CFO and founders.

You will build driver-based models, run annual budget and long-range planning, and translate results into clear insights for executives and investors. Startup/ high-growth FP&A experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, corporate development, or FP&A at high-growth companies.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models and GAAP concepts.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer/ marketplace businesses.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear executive narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Own monthly/ quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and evaluate planning system rollout.
