Job summary

Republic Services in Allentown, PA seeks a Business Unit Finance Manager for the Polymer Center to lead financial analysis, forecasting and budget processes in partnership with the General Manager. You will translate strategic goals into action plans and drive profitability through rigorous analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, GAAP/SOX knowledge, strong Excel and Oracle skills, and the ability to coach teams while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
• Experience with corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and drive strategic decisions with analytics.
• Prepare schedules and ad-hoc analyses for monthly results and forecasts.
• Support pricing, bids and market development with profitability insights.
• Oversee budget process, reviews, and internal controls enhancements.
• Mentor staff and ensure timely financial reporting deadlines.
