The role partners with senior leadership to translate financial results and market drivers into actionable insights that influence decisions and profitability.

The position requires a strong background in financial modeling, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration within a multi-entity global environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of financial or business analysis experience preferred.
• Experience in petrochemical or related industries is a plus.
• Experience using ERP and Financial Planning systems (SAP, Oracle, BPC, OneStream) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis for the Polyethylene business within Olefins and Polyolefins NA segment.
• Translate financial results, market drivers, and scenarios into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead monthly financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities; support decision making.
