Job summary

Acme Cryogenics, part of Dover Corporation, seeks a Controller in Allentown, PA, offering hybrid work. You will lead financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and strategic finance for four US locations, partnering with CES and OPW leadership to drive growth and efficiency.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, capital projects, and audits, builds a capable finance team, and ensures timely close and accurate statements. CPA/CMA preferred; MBA a plus; manufacturing experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• US GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience.
• CPA/CMA preferred; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for Acme Cryogenics and four US locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely US GAAP reporting and financial statements.
• Lead monthly forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes.
• Develop and mentor Finance and Accounting team members.
• Support audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
