Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager who will own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline to support rapid growth across multiple markets. You’ll partner with executives and functional leaders to inform strategic decisions and drive investor-grade reporting.

You will manage the budgeting, forecasting, and executive storytelling, translating complex data into clear narratives. This role blends financial rigor with strategic business insight in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or high-growth FP&A.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or quantitative field.
Strong financial modeling skills and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new product lines.
Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning end-to-end.
Manage monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis with clear executive narratives.
Prepare reporting for CFO, founders, board and investors for external diligence.
Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
Evaluate and implement a planning system and oversee rollout.
