Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and long-range forecast. You will partner with executives to build driver-based models and evaluate opportunities as Jerry expands into new markets and product lines.

You’ll lead budgeting, variance analysis, and executive storytelling, translating numbers into insights for the CFO, founders, and board, while collaborating across functions to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A with startup/high-growth exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention) and GAAP.
• Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred; hands-on with AI tools for analysis.

• Own the driver-based operating model and the budgeting process end-to-end.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis.
• Translate financial results into clear insights for the CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and support corporate development and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new opportunities and build the business case for bets.
