Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and the annual budgeting cycle. You will forecast, analyze, and translate results for executives and investors, driving disciplined spend and strategic investments.

You will work with CFO and founders to shape opportunities, build scenarios, and support corporate development as needed. A startup/high-growth background and AI tooling fluency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling, driver-based planning, and GAAP knowledge needed.
• Experience communicating complex analysis to executives/investors beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model and forecast cycle end-to-end.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning with stakeholders.
• Explain results to CFO, founders, and board with clear narratives.
• Evaluate opportunities and support corporate development/diligence.
