Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to translate numbers into strategic insights.

In this full-time role (remote-friendly) based in Florida, you will build driver-based models for existing and new product lines, run annual budgets and rolling forecasts, and frame the business case for opportunities while underwriting vendor spend.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling, with driver-based operating models and three-statement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning; manage cadence and consolidation.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis; explain movements to leadership.
• Write executive narratives translating results for CFO, founders, and board.
• Lead monthly business reviews and partner with functions to drive decisions.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems and drive rollout.
