Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, budgeting, and forecast cadence, partnering with leaders across the company. You will drive analyses on new opportunities, including CAC, LTV, payback, and margins, and translate results into executive narratives for the CFO and founders.

You will oversee the annual budget, long-range planning, and implementation of planning systems, while ensuring accuracy under deadlines and ensuring external diligence readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• 4+ years in finance, with 2+ years in strategic finance/FP&A at high-growth company.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based models; GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with investment banking, corporate development, or private equity preferred.
• Ability to translate analysis into executive narratives.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred, with building processes from scratch.
• Fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, planning cadence, and forecast cycle.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Develop financial case for new opportunities and evaluate CAC/LTV, payback.
• Present insights to CFO, founders, and board.
• Support evaluation and rollout of planning systems.
• Collaborate with functional leaders across the company.
