Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the business. You will partner with functional leaders, work closely with the CFO and founders, and drive insights that inform decisions on new products, verticals, channels, and partnerships.

You’ll build and maintain driver-based models, run budget and long-range planning, and translate financial results into clear executive narratives for the board and investors, enabling

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis.
• Experience translating complex analysis into a clear narrative for executives or investors.
• Startup or high-growth experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s driver-based operating model for the base business and expansion into new products and lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end, including cadence, assumptions, and consolidated plan.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis; explain movements and implications.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board, and investors; support external diligence.
• Lead monthly business reviews and collaborate with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing a planning system and rollout.
