Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, budgeting cadence, and forecast cycle. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to translate numbers into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will build financial models for new products and partnerships, manage vendor spend, and drive reporting standards to support external diligence and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance/FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Strong financial modeling skills and GAAP knowledge; ability to translate data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model; expand as new services launch.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Lead monthly/ quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis for exec review.
• Write executive narratives for CFO/ founders and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and planning system evaluation.
• Build financial case for new opportunities; size market and ROI.
