Assort Health is hiring a strategic finance generalist to own high-impact analyses and modeling that inform growth strategy, unit economics, new products and capital allocation. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy with significant ownership and direct exposure to our CEO and VP of Finance.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to evaluate ROI, model gross margin and AI costs, drive the long-range plan, scenario analysis and driver-based forecasts,

Formación

• 3 to 6 years in investment banking, private equity, management consulting or strategic finance.
• Excellent financial modeling: build clean, driver-based models from scratch.
• High agency and follow-through: drive objectives to completion with minimal instructions.
• Strong commercial instincts: understand SaaS metrics and unit economics.
• Clear communication: explain analyses simply and challenge assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• GTM Finance: Partner with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships on sales capacity planning, funnel and pipeline analytics, marketing ROI, partner economics, pricing strategy and resource allocation.
• Product Finance: Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate ROI of new products, features and R&D investments, and model gross margin, infrastructure costs and AI costs.
• Planning and Forecasting: Own the corporate financial model end to end, including the long-range plan, scenario analysis and driver-based forecasts for revenue, headcount and capacity.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Lead cross-functional projects on unit economics, new-product economics and capital allocation; develop recommendations and drive execution.
• Finance Systems: Lead evaluation and rollout of finance planning and reporting tools, and explore AI-enabled improvements.
• Corporate Development and Investor Relations: Support M&A, partnerships, fundraising and investor materials.
