Hinge Health is seeking a senior strategic finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analyses that influence R&D investments and company-wide scaling decisions. You’ll own financial evaluation of new business verticals and support consolidation and forecasting with a hands-on, cross-functional approach.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
• Proven ability to evaluate and advise on strategic investments using ROI, unit economics, and cash flow impact.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and present insights clearly.
• Strong command of corporate finance with monthly close, budget vs actual, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with R&D and business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build models to analyze ROI, unit economics, and capital deployment across product lines.
• Lead consolidation and corporate forecasting, ensuring timely data flow and tie-out between actuals and forecast.
• Automate and improve dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership.
• Apply AI to enhance financial analytics and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to challenge status quo and drive actionable insights.
