Job summary

Extend is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Analytics to lead forecast methodology, driver-based models, and long-range planning. You will partner with leadership to align growth with cash needs and drive data-driven strategic decisions.

The role blends hands-on modeling with high-level financial strategy, within a fast-growing company. You will work across Finance and Operations to embed unit economics, evaluate initiatives, and develop scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields with forecasting responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and data skills spanning SQL and financial modeling end-to-end.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Python and BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into board-ready materials.
• Mentoring senior analysts and raising a team's technical bar.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial forecast methodology, process, and output.
• Lead annual operating plan and long-range planning with cross-functional partners.
• Run performance cadence, track KPIs/OKRs, and provide forward-looking insights.
