Job summary

Runway is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance leader to partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders. You will own the financial modeling and analysis that drives our core product, R&D strategy, and GTM decisions, while optimizing pricing, packaging, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

7+ years in strategic finance or corporate finance at a high-growth tech company.
Foundational analyst experience in investment banking or financial services.
Proven ability to build and evolve complex financial models for decision making.
Strong communication and storytelling to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance financial planning and analysis.
Track record of operating through rapid scale with rigorous analytics.

Responsibilities

Own financial modeling and analysis that informs product, R&D and GTM strategy.
Partner with CFO, executive team and cross-functional leads for strategic decisions.
Evaluate ROI of new product lines, features and R&D investments.
Drive pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue expansion.
Analyze unit economics (LTV/CAC, payback, retention) with Sales/Marketing.
Own KPI infrastructure linking product and revenue metrics to reporting.
