Blossom Health is seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own financial analytics behind key revenue drivers and strategic initiatives. You will model economics, understand Blossom's revenue structure, and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in finance and financial analysis.
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or another rigorous investing/financial environment.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and comfort analyzing revenue structures and unit economics.

Aufgaben

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop understanding of Blossom’s revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve its economics.
• Build models that inform decisions on growth, investment, resource allocation, and new opportunities.
• Partner with the Founder and leaders on high-priority strategic and operational projects.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
• Build reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes as the company scales.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and strategic initiatives from financial and operational perspectives.
• Move from analysis to execution on identified opportunities.
