Pivotal Health, a leading AI-driven health reimbursement platform, is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager in New York. You’ll tackle high-ownership financial analyses, build models from scratch, and partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Product to steer strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in investment banking or strategic finance, exceptional modeling skills, and comfort with large datasets.

Qualifikationen

• Formal analyst training program in investment banking or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• 3–5 years of investment banking experience; additional experience in strategic finance, investing, or a high-growth operating environment is a plus.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to build sophisticated analyses from a blank sheet.
• Highly comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling information across multiple sources to form a clear view.

Aufgaben

• Own complex financial and strategic analyses from initial question through recommendation, often with limited precedent.
• Build financial models from scratch to evaluate products, pricing, unit economics, investments, partnerships, and other strategic decisions.
• Analyze large and messy datasets to identify trends, explain performance, and surface actionable insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Analytics, Product, Growth, and other teams to gather information and validate assumptions.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational drivers and translate them into forecasts and decision-making frameworks.
