Job summary
Assort Health is hiring a strategic finance generalist to own high-impact analyses and modeling across growth strategy, unit economics and capital allocation. You will bridge finance, operations and strategy, working closely with the CEO and VP of Finance and engaging with the executive team.
You will lead cross-functional analytics on revenue drivers, margins, and AI-related costs, while shaping the corporate model and long-range planning.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting or strategic finance.
- Excellent financial modeling skills; build driver-based models from scratch.
Responsibilities
- GTM Finance: partner with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships on capacity planning, funnel analytics and pricing strategy.
- Product Finance: evaluate ROI of new products and model gross margin and AI costs.
- Planning and Forecasting: own long-range plan and driver-based forecasts for revenue and headcount.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: lead cross-functional projects on unit economics and capital allocation.
- Finance Systems: lead evaluation and rollout of planning tools including AI enhancements.
- Corporate Development and Investor Relations: support M&A and investor materials.
