Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will lead key financial activities for NGA programs, analyzing budgets, justifying resource allocations, and defending program health.

This on-site role is located at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities. Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience, plus a Top Secret/SCI eligibility, are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience per GSA standards.
• Proven experience providing financial support and analysis for government programs.
• Expert knowledge of PPBE and EVM (ANSI/EIA-748).

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program budget analysis and documentation.
• Justify and defend programs/budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal responses to inquiries.
• Analyze complex financial data, identify multi-year trends, generate reports.
