QinetiQ US in the United States seeks a Senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to lead financial management for NGA programs. You will analyze budgets, justify allocations, and defend program health as a key financial expert to the government Program Manager.

On-site at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities. Requirements include a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, per GSA standards.
• Proven financial support experience and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with budgetary data reconciliation.
• Proficiency creating financial charts and briefings in PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting budget analysis to senior management.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal program build activities, including budget analysis and documentation.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony and briefing materials for inquiries from ODNI/OSD/OMB/Congress.
• Perform complex financial data analysis and generate detailed reports.
• Advise Program Managers on fiscal execution spend plans and funding shortfalls.
