QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the NGA program. You will lead budget analysis, justify allocations, and defend fiscal health with external stakeholders. This on-site role is based in NGA Arnold, MO.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree, 10+ years of experience, and Top Secret clearance eligibility. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, with CI polygraph and CONUS/OCONUS travel willingness.

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience (GSA compliant).
• Demonstrated experience providing financial support and budget analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgets, reconciliations, and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint ability to create financial briefings.
• Clear and confidential communication; Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS and CI polygraph
