Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing financial support to government programs is desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables for budget analysis.
• Briefings and charts in MS PowerPoint for program stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program budget analysis and documentation for NGA programs.
• Justify and defend budgets to oversight bodies and program managers.
• Develop budget testimony and briefing materials for inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress.
• Perform complex financial data analysis, identify multi-year trends, and generate reports.
• Recommend fiscal strategies and spend plans to ensure program success.
