QinetiQ US seeks a senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the NGA. You will lead key financial management activities for an NGA program: analyzing budgets, justifying allocations to external stakeholders, and defending program financial health.

This is an on-site role at NGA Arnold, MO requiring strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, government-facing briefing experience, and readiness for travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience per GSA standards.
• Proven financial support experience.
• Ability to build, analyze, and present budgets to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program build activities, including budget analysis, planning events, and creation of detailed documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal responses to inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress.
• Conduct complex financial data analysis, identify multi-year trends, and generate detailed reports.
• Provide recommendations on spending plans, including strategies for funding shortfalls.
