QinetiQ US seeks a senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will lead key financial activities, analyze budgets, justify allocations to executives, and defend program health. This is an on-site NGA Washington position.

You will serve as a financial expert to the government Program Manager, handling multi-year trends, budget testimony, and strategic funding decisions, including POM/BES submissions and EVMS oversight.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables to analyze budget data.
• Proficient in building financial charts and briefings in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting complex budget analysis to all management levels.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; CI polygraph.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal program build activities including budget analysis and documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal inquiries responses.
• Perform complex financial data analysis, identify trends, generate detailed reports.
• Provide recommendations on fiscal execution spend plans and funding strategies.
• Oversee EVMS data, validate and present variance and trend analysis.
• Present financial implications of key decisions to leadership.
• Manage program financial health and resolve funding shortfalls.
