QinetiQ US is seeking a senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will lead key financial management activities for an NGA program or group of programs: analyzing budgets in depth, justifying resource allocations to external stakeholders, and defending program financial health.

This is an on-site position at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in federal financial management.
• Experience providing federal financial management support.
• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience building financial charts and briefings in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting complex budget analyses to management.

Aufgaben

• Lead internal program build activities, including budget analysis and documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony, briefing materials, and responses to inquiries.
• Conduct complex financial data analysis and generate detailed reports.
• Provide recommendations on spend plans and funding shortfalls.
• Lead contractor team in preparing complex budget submissions (POM/BES).
• Provide oversight and analysis of EVMS data and present variance/trend analyses.
• Present financial implications of key decisions to leadership.
• Manage program financial health and resolve funding shortfalls.
