Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a senior Financial & Budget Management Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) at NGA Arnold, MO. You will lead key financial activities, analyze budgets, justify allocations to stakeholders, and defend program financial health.

The role is on-site and requires an active TS clearance. You will serve as a financial expert to the government Program Manager, coordinating with ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience and compliance with GSA standards.
• Experience providing financial support to government programs.
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing and reconciling budgets; ability to build charts in PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting complex budget analyses to all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program budget analysis and documentation packages.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Support development of budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal inquiries responses.
• Perform complex financial data analysis and identify multi-year trends.
• Provide recommendations on spending plans and funding shortfalls.
