Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Sr. Manager for GTM Finance & Strategy in San Francisco. You will shape the financial narrative and partner with sales, services, RevOps, and the CFO’s office.

The role offers high visibility, autonomy, and opportunities to scale processes and models across the GTM organization. You will own the ARR reporting, CPQ data structures, and GAAP revenue dynamics while guiding long-range planning and performance forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6–10+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth SaaS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior executives.
• Structured, independent analysis in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced financial modeling built from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and performance narrative for a key GTM segment.
• Forecast topline performance and tie drivers to revenue outcomes.
• Own end-to-end ARR reporting infrastructure and CPQ data hygiene with Accounting on GAAP revenue.
• Own end-to-end P&L: forecast and manage GTM spend, including headcount and incentives.
• Lead strategic projects: long-range planning, GTM strategy, sales capacity, and market analysis.
