OpenGov is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Manager, Finance & Strategy to join our GTM Finance & Strategy team at OpenGov in San Francisco. This high‑visibility role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape financial planning and decision making for growth.

You will own the analytical infrastructure, financial narrative, and forecasting framework, lead a team, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders, CFO, and GTM leadership to drive enterprise results.

Qualifications

6–10+ years in strategic finance or high-growth SaaS with scope and ownership.
Experience managing others and raising the bar for a team.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior executives.
Advanced financial modeling skills from first principles.
Fluent in CRM/CPQ data and BI tools (Looker).

Responsibilities

Lead Sr. Analyst and coach the team with clear direction.
Drive financial strategy for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Forecast topline performance and tie drivers to revenue outcomes.
Own ARR reporting infrastructure; collaborate on CPQ data and GAAP revenue dynamics.
Own end-to-end P&L and GTM spend; manage headcount and budgets.
Improve models, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting frameworks.
Lead long-range planning, GTM strategy, and market analysis.
Build partnerships with Sales, RevOps, CFO's office, and cross-functional leaders.
