OpenGov seeks a highly analytical Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team. You will own critical analyses, forecasting processes, and reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, partnering with GTM leadership to drive growth and decision quality.

This in-office role reports to the Director, GTM Finance & Strategy, collaborating with the CFO and GTM leadership to balance detail with business context and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years in strategic finance at high-growth SaaS; IB/PE background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Structured, independent analysis in ambiguous environments.
• Executive-ready communication and concise storytelling.
• Advanced financial modeling; scalable first-principles models.
• Experience with CRM data and BI tools (Looker, CPQ).
• Mentoring or reviewing junior analysts.
• Low ego, high output.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Forecast topline performance and tie to revenue outcomes.
• Own ARR reporting, CPQ data structure, and GAAP revenue dynamics.
• Manage end-to-end P&L and GTM spend.
• Improve financial models, reporting infrastructure and forecasting.
• Lead long-range planning, GTM strategy and market analysis.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses from data extraction to synthesis.
• Develop Sr. Analyst with coaching and direction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, CS and CFO.
