Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Finance, GTM professional to partner with its Finance team and post-sales stakeholders. You will analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans with company-wide financial goals. You will support renewals, expansion forecasting, and customer economics while contributing to headcount planning and cost optimization in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic finance, sales or GTM finance, FP&A, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into insights and build/maintain complex financial models.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate financial challenges.
• Excellent cross-functional communication of complex financial information to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial guidance to post-sales stakeholders on strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop financial models and support renewals, expansion forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Prepare clear financial reports and analyses for planning, reviews, cost tracking, and investment cases.
• Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor financial metrics across the post-sales lifecycle.
• Collaborate with FP&A, revenue ops, and accounting to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.
