You will own key financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating data into actionable insights for executives. The role requires strong financial modeling, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentoring responsibilities and close partnership with the CFO and GTM leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance/Business.
• 5–8+ years in strategic finance at high-growth SaaS; banking/PE is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations.

Aufgaben

• Drive performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast topline performance and link drivers to revenue.
• Own ARR reporting infrastructure and CPQ data hygiene.
• Manage GTM P&L and budget vs. actuals.
• Improve financial models and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead strategic projects like long-range planning and market analysis.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready presentations.
• Mentor Sr. Analyst and provide coaching.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, RevOps, and CFO.
