Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to join our Revenue Operations team. You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to make the top of funnel predictable, clean, and scalable, designing processes, automation, and tooling for leads, contacts, and accounts entering the funnel.

The ideal candidate blends tactical automation with strategic lifecycle design, routing, and coverage models that scale with the business, supporting data quality and actionable

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of revenue, sales, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot or HubSpot.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and BI tool understanding.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and routing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top of funnel processes from Marketing through Discovery handoff.
• Own lead routing logic and automation triggers with cross-functional impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Product.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis for insights.
• Develop workflow automations to reduce manual work and speed responses.
• Improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity at funnel entry.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to train teams on processes and tooling.
