Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues in environmental remediation, emergency response, or related areas.
• Experience using software to track accounts and sales activities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for field services work.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets and manage sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and new opportunities.
• Track opportunities in CRM and analyze sales insights.
• Assist with collection of invoiced revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to position Clearsite as a trusted partner.
