Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships in the environmental and industrial services sector. You will lead account development, manage opportunities in CRM, and coordinate with local branches to maximize revenue.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus commissions. The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record in B2B sales and field services.

Formación

• B2B sales experience including account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales/account management roles.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues related to environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial cleaning.
• Experience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer and site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads, and securing Field Services work.
• Collaborating with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery.
• Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.
• Tracking and managing activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools, leveraging insights to develop strategies and cross-sell services.
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serving as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.
• Assisting with the collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
• Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
