Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Sales Representative for the Reliable Onsite Services division to drive profitable revenue in the assigned geography and act as the principal contact for ROS products and services. You will report to the branch manager and collaborate with Sales Reps from all business units to provide consultative selling and product training for internal customers.

In this role, you will promote ROS offerings, target key customer verticals, and leverage CRM tools to develop a robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical rental sales experience in portable restroom or related business.
• Working knowledge of ROS products and applications in the rental market.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote ROS site services and educate customers on offerings.
• Target customers and vertical opportunities including Power, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Event Planners, Municipalities.
• Ride-alongs with other sales reps to identify revenue opportunities.
• Use Salesforce.com and CRM tools to develop pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead ROS response for disaster/hurricane contingencies in your geography.
• Conduct site services training to boost product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Other duties as needed.
