Job summary
United Rentals is seeking a Sales Representative for our Reliable Onsite Services (ROS) division. You will drive profitable revenue in your geography and serve as the single point of contact for ROS products and services.
Report to the branch Manager and collaborate with Sales Reps across units. You will use consultative selling, provide product training for internal customers, and work with Sales Force.com to build a strong pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of technical rental sales experience in portable restroom, restroom trailer or related business.
- Working knowledge of ROS products and how they are used in rental market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel overnight.
Responsibilities
- Promote ROS site services products and educate customers on offerings.
- Target customers and vertical opportunities across multiple industries.
- Ride-alongs with other sales reps to learn revenue opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to develop pipeline of opportunities.
- Lead ROS response for disaster contingency plans in assigned geography.
