Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a field-based Sales Professional in the Phoenix area to drive new business and manage key accounts. You will build territory plans and coordinate with internal teams to deliver packaging solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years outside sales experience, plus a valid driver’s license. PCA offers a competitive compensation package, bonus opportunity, vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3–5 years of outside sales experience with proven success.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to negotiate and manage accounts under pressure.
• Preferred: 3 years in corrugated material or paper sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans in assigned territory.
• Secure and maintain distribution, provide pricing, negotiate and manage credit.
• Develop lead-generation plans for sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand existing business.
• Coordinate with design department to improve designs and develop new ones.
• Oversee account management including records, forecasts, budgets and collections.
