Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Field Sales Manager in Denver to lead a hybrid team driving technology solutions sales and partner collaboration. You will mentor staff, develop customer relationships, and steer strategy with data-driven decisions to meet branch goals.

The role includes budgeting responsibilities and process improvements, with travel to Arrow offices as needed. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in IT sales channels, leadership, and a track record of delivering value-added

Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience selling technology solutions is required; familiarity with Citrix is preferred.
Experience managing a team and working with IT channel partners.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy and deliver results; advise on strategy and customer plans.
Direct value-added sales opportunities by implementing supply chain, engineering, or service excellence strategies.
Identify and help achieve sales branch goals beyond team targets.
Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance; ensure resources to deliver plans.
Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors; communicate with all levels.
Lead branch with data-driven decisions; manage budgeting and planning; drive process improvement.
