The role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, including a 60/40 compensation mix that includes commissions. Hybrid office days in Panorama Arrow Building support collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous team management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with IT sales channel partners.
• Expertise selling technology solutions required; experience with software and Citrix preferred.
• Leads professional employees and/or supervisors within own function.
• Accountability for team performance and results.
• Able to adapt plans to resource and operational challenges.
• Decisions guided by policies and business plans; guidance from senior management.
• Provides technical guidance to staff and customers.
• Sets objectives and conducts performance reviews.
• Defines operating standards and ensures procedures are followed.
• Requires 8+ years of related experience and a 4-year degree (or 6+ with advanced degree).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise GM/Sales Director on strategy and plans.
• Develop and manage sales staff; mentor, train, and review performance.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors; solve problems.
• Lead branch initiatives; budget planning and data-driven process improvements.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan; 60/40 split including commission.
