Responsibilities

• Lead customer supply chain program orchestration across cross-functional teams and service delivery for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client and operational issues, resolving supplier, contract, and KPI/SLA concerns.
• Design and implement customer-specific processes and scalable service models to support program goals and financial performance.
