Sika USA in Tampa, FL is seeking a driven Project Sales Representative to join our Buildings & Parking team. You will grow demand for Sika products by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and specifiers.

Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales targets, promoting products through specifications and partnerships, managing territory with strategic account management, staying informed about market trends, developing tailored sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry—concrete repair products, waterproofing, or expansion joints.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
