Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team in the United States. You will drive regional marketing programs, including Marketo campaign builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, campaign setup, and reporting, to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience with prior people leadership.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo cert a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage regional marketing campaigns (Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, reporting).
• Coordinate programs such as roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events to support net-new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Lead large-scale, multilingual virtual events for thousands of attendees and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain lead management accuracy and monitor Salesforce data integrity.
• Support direct mail campaigns and appointment-setting initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management and fulfillment for events and marketing collateral.
